What is The Thinking Wire

The Thinking Wire is the research and analysis publication of Victorino Group. We cover AI governance, implementation risk, and what the data actually shows. Every piece is bilingual, published in English and Brazilian Portuguese, and built to meet the same standard we hold our client work to.

Most companies using AI to create content hide the fact. We show the machinery. Not because we have to, but because governed AI is what we do. If we cannot govern our own content pipeline, we have no business governing yours.

How every article is made

Discovery

We scan industry sources weekly. Each article candidate is scored on relevance, data quality, and proximity to real commercial decisions. Most topics get cut. Only the highest-scoring subjects enter production.

Research

Two independent AI agents work the same source material in parallel. A Researcher dives deep: following references, mapping findings to our expertise areas, and consolidating data points with full attribution. A Critic reads the same sources independently, tests the logic of every argument, searches for counter-evidence, and rates the reliability of each claim.

Verification

Nothing moves forward until research and critique are reconciled. Claims are traced back to their original sources. Statistics are cross-referenced. Outdated information is flagged and removed. This is the gate that separates opinion from analysis.

Writing

Specialized writing agents produce content in both English and Brazilian Portuguese. These are not translations. Each version is written natively for its audience, with its own structure, examples, and cultural tone.

Visual Creation

Dedicated visual agents create original imagery for each piece. Conceptual illustrations and photography, generated specifically for the article. No stock photos.

Human Editorial

Every article ends with a human. Our editorial team reads, evaluates, and decides what gets published. AI produces the work. A person approves it. Nothing goes live without that final call.
