We started Victorino Group because the AI market is broken, and companies without control are paying the price.
The problem we saw
I spent two decades building technology for companies where failure was not an option. Financial services. Healthcare. Industries where systems have to work, data has to be protected, and someone has to be accountable.
When AI arrived, I watched the same pattern repeat. Strategy consultants charged six figures for slide decks and disappeared. Dev shops built fast and left companies with AI they could not explain, defend, or control. Good executives got burned and became skeptical. Reasonable caution turned into paralysis.
The market told them they had two choices: move fast and accept the risk, or stay safe and fall behind.
I started Victorino Group because that choice is false.
